Before You Let Us In
Having a tradesman in your house can be hard, so here is what it is actually like.
Will my house be a mess while the work is going on?
Floors, driveways and gardens are protected before we start, dust extraction is always running, and everything is tidied at the end of every day.
Will it be someone different in my house every day?
You deal with the same carpenter from the first visit to the finished job, and we keep the house as easy to live around as the work allows.
Who pays if something in my house gets damaged?
We are insured to £5m public liability, so the risk of accidental damage sits with our insurer, not with you. And we protect floors and surfaces before we start.

The Wrong Materials, Because They Were Cheaper
Some jobs get built with whatever is easiest to get hold of, and it can move, split or sag within a year. We tell you what is going in and why, and we would rather not take the job than use materials we do not trust.
